The BC2Match founders have comprehensive experience in how opportunity contracting works to generate business for organizations. Our management team has many years of experience in the government contracting, marketing and software development industries. Our philosophy is laser focused on providing our customers with the perfect match.


Jon Rutenberg, CEO, specializes in helping sales professionals follow up on leads and communicate about those leads to their sales managers. He focuses on business lead generation, CRM systems, and BizConnect, a unique platform for matching people by attributes, talents and past experience. Previously, Jon was CEO of a major regional CPA firm, and was responsible for the Firm’s strategic direction, budget and executive leadership.

Tom Johnson, COO, has spent decades doing market research for Fortune 500 firms and small businesses and every size in between. He is experienced in large-scale database management and information selection and display. He publishes “Set-Aside Alert”, a news and information service subscription with clients nationwide. They are business owners and sales professionals in every B2B/B2G industry, including construction, IT, engineering, facility management, temporary labor, manufacturing, health care and logistics.

Ambassador Delano Lewis, was nominated by President Bill Clinton to serve as the US Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa. Ambassador Lewis was an executive with the C& P Telephone Company, which became Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) retiring as President and CEO of the District of Columbia operations. Mr. Lewis was then named President and CEO of National Public Radio. Mr. Lewis has served on the Corporate Board of Directors for the following organizations: Colgate Palmolive, Eastman Kodak, GEICO, Black EntertainmentTV, Apple Computer, Halliburton, and JP MorganChase.

Geoffrey P. Lewis, is an experienced executive with over twenty five years of top-level management experience in Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. His oversight responsibilities include launching and managing start-up businesses, change management, new business development, corporate & public relations and the raising of seed & early stage capital. Mr. Lewis takes an entrepreneurial approach that has demonstrated success to substantially increase profitability for his company & clients.

Larry Franklin is a versatile Information Technology Professional with an extensive background in Software development, Consulting and Training. He is a proven leader delivering innovative cost effective solutions within the Small Business, Healthcare, Banking, Educational and Non-Profit sectors. He has excellent communication and problem solving skills. He is a self-starter with the ability to work with teams of an size as well as independently. He has the capacity and willingness to learn new skills in order to successfully complete the required tasks.
